Hi I am Feng Winham, a real estate investor turned real estate broker in Rhinebeck, NY. During the years of practice, buying, selling, or being an agent for either a buyer or a seller, I have observed and experienced lots of interesting situations.
After giving it a lot of thoughts, I decided to initiate this blog.
